We have a closing center and when my company first leased the facility they gave a security deposit. Now that the lease is up we received the security deposit back however it wasn’t the amount that we gave them. It is less than what was originally given because they used some of it for cleaning the facility and anything that was needed for maintenance. Now we are wondering what the offset should be classified as in our accounting books as under our liability section. Any suggestions would be great.
My husband is bound and determined to open a comic/card shop in our area. It’s been his lifelong dream, and I think it would be good for him to pursue something like that. He’s 20 years old, and I’m 21– so we don’t exactly have wonderful credit built up yet. Can anyone tell me what kinds of small business start-up loans and grants are available? How would we go about financing the start up of this business?
We are in the process of renovations to our 1926 home. Since I can not remove the old paint covering the coral rock on the fireplace I would love some suggestions as how to update.
The kitchen is teeny tiny. The former owners even put cupboards over one of the 2 windows. We have been thinking about knocking out the wall between the kitchen and dining room (which is also not large, but about twice as big as the kitchen) and making it one large kitchen area. I’m worried about #1- cost, #2- what it would do to resale value of the house. Any thoughts? Opinions?
I’m thinking of buying a property in NC to either rent or flip. I need to do some renovations like adding Central air, siding, windows, carpet, redoing kitchens and bathrooms. Will I need building permits since I’m not changing the actual structure of the home? Just adding new toilets, sinks, cabinets? How do I know what I need permits for?
Im comparing car insurance quotes online. I havent yet got the car im insuring but Im looking at different 206 models. I know there are many factors when it comes to the quote, but does a newer model cost more to insure because this is what I seem to be finding:
2004 models- my insurance is around £470, yet when I checked the same model but a 2005 reg it was nearly £300 pounds more.
My daughter is going through a stage and it’s getting me down all the time and I am constantly stressed out cause of it.
She is climbing on the dining chairs to get on the table, turing off my computer, climbing the coffee table and pushing things off. My older daughter will be playing the playstation so she will go over to her and turing it off on her sister and her older sister cries. She is turing the oven on so now I have to take the nobs off so she can’t turn it on, she is out of control and I tell her no and put her somewhere else but she is back at it 2Min’s later over and over again.
My older daughter was never like this so this is new to me.
I really need help, she is a good kid but I just can’t keep up with her doing this, I have a 17 week old and her older sister to watch to but im always telling her off as this happens like every 5 mins.
My 17 week old still sleeps alot during the day so she does get most of the attention like cuddles, kisses, heaps of play time. I know they all go through this but any ideas on how to help her to stop and listen.
spanking on the bum does not always work, learn to deal with it.
What I meant is spanking doesn’t always work cause they get use to it.
