How do I get an accounting job without related work experience?

I am part-time tax preparer, and looking for opportunities to work in accounting field. I am taking Financial Accounting, Accounting Software (Quickbooks, Excel Spreadsheets, and MS Dynamic GP), and Payroll accounting in local college. I have few years of retail management experience but not directly in accounting field. I don’t have an accounting degree. What are the chances for me to get a job in accounting?

Is there an alternative to sending money overseas besides Western Union?

I want to send money overseas and Western Union is providing horrible customer service. I do not want to use this company but I do not know how I can transfer money else where. Is it possible to wire money to foreign countries? Would it cost as much as Western Union?

Hello
I inherited some money from my grandparents a few years ago, the money is sitting in my overseas account and earning interest over there.
I have been paying taxes on these earning in that country.
I’m planning to bring the money to the USA (buying a house).

1. Do I need to pay any taxes on it.?

2. is there a limit to the amount I can bring that is tax free?

Mortgage refinancing?

I own an 3 family rental property that’s i purchased 6yrs ago. I have always had steady rents coming in and have never been late. I have an interest rate of 7% and as with every-ones home i ended up upside down. Recently i spoke to a mortgage broker that said i have option and that it would be in my best interest to refinance even it being upside down. Because i have excellent credit that will work to my advantage. Now i have 24 yrs left. If i go to a lower interest rate back to 30yrs then i could have a positive income after all expenses of almost 650.00. Now if i did 20yrs at a lower rate my positive income is roughly 225.00. I’m torn because i would love to see that extra money but to go back to 30 kills me. What do you guys think? Just some quick info on me i’m 32yrs old married. I also own a single family residence. My future for the mutli unit was for income once it was paid off.

What smaller banks offer business loans?

The state and City does not matter. Anywhere in the U.S is fine. I do, however, want a smaller type bank, not like BOA or national banks like that.
Thank you
