Chinese Lunar calendar gender predictor?

I was just wondering for who the chinese lunar calender worked and for who it didn’t. We are TTC and according to the calendar if i conceive now thru november I’d have a boy. We’d be happy either way but are hoping for a girl. I tried the calendar for everybody i could think of and it was right. What are your experiences?

Supposedly you have to check it with your chinese age (i think it’s your age plus 1 year because they count your age from when you are in your mom’s womb?!… something like that)
So I am born in June 82 and I’m now 27 years old, but would be 28 in chinese age… It still would be a boy for me…

Well I conceived in July of 2008 and according to the calendar my daughter is supposed to be a boy.

It was right for me (both pregnancies), my mom, my sister, 3 of my friends, my stepsister, and my stepmother. I only had one person that we weren’t sure of (she wasn’t sure what month she concieved, cause it could have been late nov or early dec.

I now it’s not scientific but that creeped me out. :)

I asked this question also, and ten people answered. It was right for nine of them. It was also right for me, I was 19, conceived in September, and had a boy.
