Since you have some relevant experience with your past positions and technology , that can replace the education part especially if you’re willing to go for an entry level position. There are all types of different accounting positions and they all don’t require the same level of education or experience. With luck and a lot of persistence, you should be able to at least get some interviews.

It was accurate I think there is another way of using the calendar. It is the same one you posted but, you go by the age the mother will be when she gives birth. In that case it is inaccurate for me.

That calender was wrong for my first two pregnancies. According to the calender my first two should have been girls, but they were both boys (two years apart).

All the OWT’s including this one say I’m having a boy, but I am pregnant with a girl.

mine was accurate when i was pregnant with my little guy. i also did one of those pee test things that would change colors if it was orangeish it was a girl, if it was bluish/green it was a boy, which was also true for me. but honestly, don’t 100% trust them, they’re made mainly for fun.

Mine was right about me having a boy. My aunt has six kids and all but one of hers was right as well.

When you close on the refi, the title company sends a check to satisfy the old mortgage. You don’t have to do it yourself.
