You can make changes if needed, l want it to look on paper. My teacher is a hard marker.

Fire training: Sam to coordinate with contractors to do further training. Accreditation team happy with fire training.

Kitchen staff welcomes to attend fire training, Jill to orgainse with Sam date and time.

Staff Theft: Staff will be required to use their key prior to entering staff room. Jill mentioned that her staff will need a key to enter. Staff not to bring in valuables to work as it will be at their own risk

Cupboard boxes: K itchen staff leaving cupboard boxes in pathway. Staff to remove cupboard boxes in recycle bin. Jill also mentioned that staff is leaving cupboard boxes in the cleaning room. Kathy stated that if this happens again to let Sarah know and she will look on the security camera.

Flu Vaccinations: Jill to confer with San to see when the vaccination will be coming to facility. Jill to coordinate with Dr Smith about when to give staff their vaccination.

Lanyards: Staff members are not allowed to wear around their neck due to health safety risk and infection hazard. Staff to fine another alternative.

Hygiene boy wipes: On two weeks trial. A feedback form will be available on each unit for staff to complete.

Skips: Staff responsibility to empty all skips at the end of their shifts. Staff to check at the end of their shifts.

Recycle water bottle: Sarah discussed how the water bottles don’t look clean. Sam will organise with Jill to see who comes out to service and clean the water bottle.

Dirty dishes: The staff is leaving trolleys in the pathway at the back of the kitchen. The staff should leave their trolleys in the main kitchen dining area for the kitchen staff to collect. Jill suggests that we have trolleys left in the main kitchen so staff can place their dirty dishes on it. Sam will make signs for the trolleys to place dishes on.

Glove training: Jill and Sam will follow up with who will be doing the training. Still in progress.

Spray Bottles: Spray bottles have been ordered and distributed to each area in the utility room. All bottles have been labeled.

Pad room: Still a mess, staff is required to keep pan room cleaned at all times.

Dirty Linen: Dirty linen is to be placed in skips and left in laundry for washing. Staff are reminded not to leave dirty linen in the utility room.
